Karl is the ideal teacher- he is clearly very knowledgeable, but is also a great listener and attunes to a student’s goals in both obvious and subtle ways. He brings his creativity to this process and builds your confidence. I am very much a beginner and he was patient and embraced the fun I was aiming to have with these lessons. Can’t recommend him enough.

- Voice lessons with Karl is a highlight of my week. - I've always loved to sing, but I've also been deeply self conscious about my voice. I feel so lucky to have met and to have Karl as a voice teacher. Karl's so open and warm; it quiets my fear. - I've learned so much and can feel my singing improve just by being with him each week. - Not to mention it's so FUN. I don't feel qualified to be singing along with such a talented musician.

If you’re thinking about vocal lessons, whether you’re a professional or a beginner, go with Arabella. She’s accommodating, kind and has a way to remove any self doubt of consciousness from you by meeting you at your level. I’m a more technical person and she takes the time to explain theory, physiology and all of the nerdy aspects that make me feel more comfortable and confident. I cannot recommend her enough!

Can definitely notice my confidence and skills increase within a couple of lessons. It has been great to develop some musical insights and train vocal muscles as a beginner. Week by week my knowledge and understanding of singing increase and I can note the difference!

I've been creating arrangements for Arabella's Voice Studio over the past few months, and she has been a pleasure to work with! She has been very communicative, has given plenty of great feedback, and has demonstrated a great deal of expertise in her craft and in her teaching. I would gladly work with her again in the future and would highly recommend her to prospective music students.

The teacher is great! I really enjoyed the vocal training and techniques As an adult, picking up music theory and playing piano is something I always wanted to try. So far so good.
